We ship production Next.js apps end-to-end: App Router, React Server Components, Tailwind design systems, Prisma + Postgres data layers, and Vercel-native deployment. We work with early-stage founders as a fractional CTO: picking a stack that fits the team, building the first hires, sketching the roadmap, reviewing code, and keeping the engineering org shipping. Typically 10–20 hours per week, fully remote, with optional on-site workshops in the US.
We design what we build. That means prototypes you can use, not mockups that get translated; design tokens that map to real Tailwind config; and component libraries that live in the same repo as the product. Good fit if you have a rough idea and need both design and engineering from one place.
