    Within a week you get a one-page proposal — scope, weekly shape, price. If it’s not a fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.

    Kickoff

    Shared repo, shared Linear, deployable from day one. We open a Slack or Discord channel for async and meet once a week.

What stack do you build in?

Next.js, React, and React Native on the front end; Node.js, NestJS, or Python/FastAPI on the back end; Postgres via Prisma; AWS and Vercel for infrastructure. For AI we work across OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-weight models with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic patterns.

Do you take on full-time employment?

Right now W10 Tech focuses on project and fractional engagements rather than full-time employment. For well-matched senior roles we still talk — reach out and we can figure out fit.

How much does an engagement cost?

Typical full builds are sized around weekly retainers over 2–6 months; fractional CTO is priced month-to-month; audits are fixed-price per scope. Exact pricing depends on scope — the fastest way to get a number is a short intro call.

Can you join an existing codebase?

Yes. We regularly land in existing Next.js, React Native, and Node.js codebases as a senior pair of hands or a fractional CTO. Part of the intake is reading the code and calling out what we’d change before we start.

Are you US-based? Do you work with non-US teams?

We’re US-based and work remotely with teams worldwide. We’re flexible across time zones for pair sessions and stand-ups.
